OLADOTUN ADEOGUN

Mrs. Adeogun’s career journey began in the world of auditing before she made her mark in People Management. With a strong foundation in Human Resources and Administration, she honed her skills at Linkserve Limited and the Financial Institutions Training Centre, before transitioning to the Insurance Industry.

A seasoned C-suite executive, Mrs. Adeogun boasts over 15 years of expertise in Human Resources and General Administration, with a remarkable track record of spearheading major initiatives. Notably, she played a pivotal role in the merger and acquisition of Consolidated Hallmark Insurance Plc during the landmark 2007 insurance industry recapitalization.

Her exceptional capabilities as an HR generalist have seen her design and implement HR policies and processes, while leading cultural reorientation efforts during her tenure as Group Head of HR. Her journey took an exciting turn when she became the Managing Director of Hallmark Health Services, a position she’s excelled in for over six years, propelling the company to new heights.

Under her leadership, Hallmark Health Services hosted annual stakeholder engagements that brought together industry leaders to discuss how healthcare in Nigeria can be enhanced. Her forward-thinking approach and impactful leadership have set the tone for the company’s success.

A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM) and a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), Mrs. Adeogun is deeply committed to advancing her profession. She was also a part of the prestigious WISCAR Mentoring Programme, where she received invaluable guidance and, in turn, has mentored numerous women in HR and beyond. Her commitment to personal and professional growth is further demonstrated by her certifications, including SHRM-SCP and AMP 26 from Lagos Business School (LBS).

As an alumnus of LBS, Oladotun has had the privilege of mentoring MBA students, helping them redefine their career paths and aspirations. A certified life coach from the Olusola Lanre Coaching Academy (OLCA), she is dedicated to empowering others to reach their full potential. Mrs. Adeogun’s involvement extends to various professional associations, including CIOD, ICSAN, and the Finance and Sustainable Funding Committee of WISCAR, where she contributes her expertise and vision.

Mrs. Adeogun also serves on several boards, including CBHR Consulting Services and Hangoutwithtee Women Empowerment Foundation, and offers strategic advice as an advisory board member of the AEHRP.

Her passion for HR, leadership, and empowering women continues to drive her work, making her a respected figure in both the corporate world and the broader community.

Ololade Adekunle-Sanusi

Ololade Adekunle-Sanusi is a distinguished lawyer and corporate governance expert with a career spanning over 12 years in corporate governance, regulatory compliance. Renowned for her ability to guide boards and senior executives in some of the world’s leading international banks, Ololade has built a reputation for navigating the complexities of corporate governance standards and regulatory requirements.

Beyond her professional achievements, Ololade’s influence extends into her commitment to empowering women. She serves as a dedicated board member at Hangoutwithtee Women Empowerment Foundation, a non-profit organisation focused on creating spaces for women to connect, thrive, and share experiences. Ololade also contributes her governance expertise to the board of a UK-based school where she helps shape inclusive, forward-thinking educational policies that prioritise equity and development.

Ololade’s advocacy for mental health and well-being is deeply personal, shaped by her own journey through significant challenges. Having navigated struggles with mental health, the emotional toll of a broken marriage, years of infertility and grief, Ololade has developed a profound empathy for others facing similar hardships. These experiences have fueled her passion for supporting others through their own battles, especially women who find themselves in the midst of adversity.

Her upcoming memoir offers a raw and honest account of her experiences with mental health, resilience, and healing. By sharing her story, Ololade creates a powerful platform for mentorship, offering guidance and encouragement to women seeking strength and healing . Through her own triumphs, she inspires others to not only survive but to rise above life’s challenges, cultivating resilience and embracing the path to healing.

At home, Ololade is a loving wife and proud mother of three. She values meaningful connections with family and friends and remains dedicated to social causes that uplift and empower communities. Her life stands as a testament to the power of resilience, empathy, and the importance of a supportive community. Through both her professional and personal endeavors, Ololade continues to inspire others to face challenges with faith and emerge stronger, encouraging those around her to not just overcome, but to thrive and enjoy life!

Olukorede S Yishau

Olukorede S Yishau is an award-winning journalist, novelist and short story writer. His first novel, In the Name of Our Father, has been a subject of thesis by students in Nigerian universities. The novel, described by two-time Booker finalist Chigozie Obioma as a ‘work of deceptive simplicity’, was nominated for the 2021 Nigeria Prize for Literature. His collection of short stories, Vaults of Secrets, was published on October 1, 2020. He also published his novel, After the End, in 2024.

His poems were published in an anthology of poetry ACTIVISTS POETS. His essays and short stories have appeared in different publications. He has in his kitty honours such as: Nigeria Media Merit Awards (NMMA) Columnist of the Year (2015), NMMA Entertainment Reporter of the Year (2015), NMMA Capital Market Reporter of the Year (2013), NMMA Aviation Industry Reporter of the Year (2003), Finalist, Union Bank Banking and Finance Reporter of the Year (2003), Finalist, Olu Aboderin Entertainment Reporter of the Year (2001), Finalist, Print Journalist of the Year (2005), and Finalist, Political Reporter of the Year (2006). He holds a degree in Mass Communications from the Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma, Edo State, Nigeria as well as a professional diploma in Public Relations. He is concluding work on a travel book and a collection of epistolary essays.
